Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation will be held on a virtual platform using secure video conferencing. This is a focused consultation targeting your current health concern. Our discussion is aimed at identifying the specific hindrances to your health and will last approximately 1 – 1.5 hours.
A Customized Program Pack
Your personalized plan will provide you with the guidance, resources, and tools to help you achieve your goals.
Blood Work
Comprehensive inflammatory lab panel (where laboratory services are available)

Quarterly Appointments
Follow up appointments with practitioner, every three months (these appointments are an hour long).
Continuous Support & Communication
Through your Patient Portal, you will also have continuing support from your Practitioner to help make sure that we’re staying on top of your health progress.
Private Patient Portal
You will be provided with access to your own private patient portal where we will take an extensive history prior to your initial consultation.
